Geoff Womeldorph, CPA: Many in the Bradenton area first knew me as ‘Coach.’ Since the earlier years, I have been an avid fan of the Arsenal Gunners ( London ) which inspired me to coach area youth soccer from 1994-2012. Shortly after graduating from Wingate University with my B.A. in Accounting in June of 1994, I started working with my Dad, Howard Womeldorph.
I married my wife, Tonya, in October 1994 and together we have three kids – Christian, Colton, and Mia. Outside of tax season, I enjoy golfing, traveling, and spending time with my family. Other than my children, I am most proud of the team I have assembled over these years. I’m blessed to have people trust me with their personal and business accounting needs, it’s something I’m grateful for and am passionate about helping with. |

Anabel Garcia, Enrolled Agent, CAA: My name is Anabel Garcia. I am an Enrolled Agent and CAA. I have been with Womeldorph CPAs for 15+ years – and I am truly invested in and love my work here. I love spending time with my children (1 human and 2 doggies). I also enjoy family time with parents and siblings, dancing, and watching movies.

Genese Mullinax, Administrative Assistant: I have been working in the Accounting Industry since 2001 and currently work with the Womeldorph firm as the Administrative Assistant to Geoff Womeldorph, C.P.A. My role is responsible for assisting with office management, providing customer resolutions, corporate formations and addressing client’s Federal and State correspondence. After working in the industry for over two decades, I have gained knowledge in other areas of tax and accounting and can also assist in facets of inquiries such as, tax questions, bookkeeping, sales tax, and payroll among other general knowledge gained along the way from experience. Although these are not my areas of expertise, I’m always more than happy to help in any way that I can!
When I’m not spending my days in the office, I’m either traveling and camping out with my family, volunteering with the FTR/OSDR organization to put on race events for our local hare scrambles, or doing the family thing with my people! |

Katie Asmus, Administrative Assistant: Hi, I’m Katie Asmus and I am an Administrative Assistant with Womeldorph CPAs. I graduated with an Associates Degree in 2010 and like that degree, I do a little bit of everything here. From Sales Tax to Client Correspondence to Scheduling to Software Troubleshooting – if I don’t know how to do it, give me a day or two and I will figure it out for you! When I’m not at my desk, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 3 dogs, taking care of our (multiple) aquariums, and reading thriller books. As of May 2024, I am working remotely from Pensacola, but whether I am here or in the office, I am always happy to help!

Cienna Davis, Front Desk: Hi! My name is Cienna Davis and I'm your contact and smiling face at the Front Desk! I have been with Womeldorph CPAs since January of 2023. When I am not at work, I enjoy baking desserts (I actually went to Baking and Pastry School at Keiser University in 2020) and gardening!

Lynette Alexander, Bookkeeping Manager: Hello, my name is Lynette and I am the Bookkeeping Manager with Womeldorph CPAs. I started working for this firm in 2016 - time goes by so fast! A little bit about myself: I moved to Florida in 2009 with my 3 children from Pennsylvania (most know the Poconos area). I don’t miss the snow but I do miss Fall time and the changing of the leaves! I have a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree and I have been doing bookkeeping now for over 20 years. Some of my hobbies include watching sunsets, listening to many of our talented local musicians and boating. I look forward to helping our clients with their bookkeeping needs!

Marcy Lyon, Bookkeeper. Hello! My name is Marcy Lyon, and I am a bookkeeper with Womeldorph CPAs. I have been with the firm since December 2022. Prior to joining the firm, I worked at a law firm for twenty-five years as the Financial Administrator. I love numbers and love helping clients with their bookkeeping. I enjoy reading, cooking and trying out new restaurants. My favorite and most important thing to do is hang out with my sons [twin boys]!

Fred Walters: I had retired about 10 years ago from the Car Service industry when my wife, Lois Walters, decided I needed something to do. She started bringing me to work with her and kept me busy with odd jobs such as greeting customers, clerical tasks, and payroll deliveries. She started teaching me how to do data entry over the years, and once the girls in the office caught wind of that, it was all over! It’s been about 8 years that I’ve been working with the Womeldorph Team and I’m now a part of the Bookkeeping Department as a Junior Data Entry Clerk.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with our family and traveling with our Grandkids and Great-Grandkids. |

Monica Cruz, Payroll Coordinator: I’m Monica Cruz and I am the payroll coordinator. I’ve worked at Womeldorph CPAs for 2 years, starting in 2022. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health. In my free time I like to read, dance, and do yoga. I also like to hangout with my 2 best friends: my doggies Lola and Moscato.
